Gay prisoners sent to Nazi camps were forced to wear a pink triangle, and a small discreet badge was a common way of indicating that you were gay, until the late 1990s.

The front of the trainers features an image of barbed wire, while the outer side of each bears a pink triangle. The tongue and the inside bear the message "Never Again", as does the box.
